Mark Foote
President and CEO, Zellers,
Hudson's Bay Company
Mark Foote is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Zellers. In this role, Mr. Foote is responsible for every aspect of the Zellers brand.
Most recently, Mr. Foote was the President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Loblaw Companies where he oversaw procurement and merchandising functions for all lines of business, marketing, supply chain and information technology.
Mr. Foote is best known for his extensive career with Canadian Tire Corporation where he worked for more than 20 years, including five years as President, Canadian Tire Retail. During that time, he helped to build the Company’s brand recognition including the development and implementation of new store formats across Canada. Additionally, he led a major restructuring of the Company’s supply chain capabilities which improved merchandise in-stock and service levels across the chain.
