Bob Kolida
Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Hudson's Bay Company
Bob Kolida is Executive Vice-President, Human Resources for the Hudson’s Bay Company, with responsibility for the development of Human Resources strategies and policies including Employee & Labour Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Development, Succession and Systems, as well as Health & Safety. Mr. Kolida oversees Human Resources for all banners in Canada and the United States. Additionally, Mr. Kolida is responsible for Corporate Communications & Legal Services.
Mr. Kolida has been with Hbc for over 20 years, during which time he has held numerous positions in Human Resources. He was previously a member of the Board for the International Mass Retailers Association and Committee Chair for the Retail Division of the Peel Region United Way.
Mr. Kolida received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from the University of Manitoba with a major in Human Resources Management and Marketing.
