Michael Culhane
Senior Vice President and CFO,
Hudson's Bay Company
Michael Culhane is the Senior Vice President and CFO for the Hudson’s Bay Company. His responsibilities include financial planning, credit, profit improvement, accounting, treasury, income taxes, audit and legal.
Mr. Culhane’s previous experience includes positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lord & Taylor, Vice President Controller of Filene’s/Kaufmann’s and Vice President of Accounting and Reporting (Corporate Controller) of the May Department Stores Company. Additionally, Mr. Culhane held several roles, including Partner, with Arthur Andersen LLP (1984 – 1997), specifically in Retail and Consumer Products.
Mr. Culhane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
