Hbc FUTURE EXECUTIVE PROGRAM

The 2009 Future Executive Program is a unique, developmental opportunity for associates at Hbc. This 9 month program offers associates an opportunity to develop their leadership and business skills while continuing to work in their current banner, store and position.

Throughout the 9 months, participants will receive valuable on-the-job training in their stores, as well as further developmental training with structured assignments, and on-line meetings and assessments. A team of dedicated individuals will help participants through this process, by providing them with on-going feedback and coaching. Participants who successfully complete the program will be better prepared to assume an executive position within a store in the future.

In addition, participants will:

• Gain integral leadership skills and business acumen
• Increase their exposure and knowledge of many different departments and functions across the organization
• Network with other participants across Canada
• Meet and interact with Senior Leaders in our organization

The Future Executive Program begins in June 2009.
