Application Form and Procedure
Applicants must complete the application form and submit it along with [a written proposal which includes]
- Cover letter on official letterhead
- Total funding required for project, amount of funding requested from Hbc and description of use of funding
- Where applicable, evaluation criteria and/or measurement of the success of the project to date
Applicants are welcome to submit additional information or collateral in support of their application. Successful recipients will be required to submit a detailed final report regarding the use of the donation.
Incomplete applications may not be considered.
