From time to time Hbc Heritage loans articles for museum exhibitions, cultural displays and special events. These include items such as Hudson's Bay Point blankets, handmade capotes, artefacts, original artwork, or reproductions of art and photographs. All loans are made for a limited time and are subject to a signed agreement between Hbc Heritage Services and the requesting party. The Loan Agreement covers issues such as shipping, handling, display credit, length of loan, etc., and must be signed off before any item is shipped.

Interested parties are asked to contact us with details regarding item/s sought, length of exhibit and the nature of exhibit, with particular emphasis on the projected display's relevance to Hbc history. All requests will be considered. Given that agreements need to be drawn up and follow up may be required to clarify issues, requesters are urged to contact us well in advance of their exhibit/event dates. Hbc Heritage Services reserves the right to select which loans to approve.
