Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your DealsOutlet.ca order, you are
welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the following items can not be returned:
- Gift Certificates
- Hbc Gift Cards
- Intimate apparel such as panties (due to hygienic reasons).
Please note refund details below:
- If you return DealsOutlet.ca product(s) to a Bay, Designer Depot, Home Outfitters or Zellers store, your credit card will be credited immediately. If you choose to receive your
refund by cheque, it will be mailed to you in 2-3 weeks.
- If you return DealsOutlet.ca product(s) to a Bay, Designer Depot, Home Outfitters or Zellers store and the product(s) was received by you
as a gift, a cheque will be forwarded to the gift recipient via mail in 2-3 weeks.
- DealsOutlet.ca product(s) returned via Canada Post will be refunded to the original credit card used for the order.
If you wish to be refunded by cheque, you must indicate this on the original packaging slip returned with the product(s) to DealsOutlet.ca.
