CDI Furniture and Arren Williams Launch Arcade Furniture Collection Exclusively at Hudson’s Bay
Montreal, QC – Montreal-based CDI furniture and creative director, designer, stylist and design editor, Arren Williams have collaborated to launch Arcade – a new contemporary furniture and home decor collection. The new furniture collection will launch exclusively at Hudson’s Bay locations and thebay.com this fall.
Built on the tenets of quality, design-forward and budget-friendly, Arcade was created to appeal to new homeowners and young professionals who have an eye for on-trend design and a desire to outfit their homes in a way that reflects their personal style. “As a young, business professional with an appreciation for style and design, I know first-hand what customers are looking for when they begin to decorate their homes”, said David Ouaknine, the 29 year-old CEO of CDI Furniture. “This combined with Arren’s taste and knowledge of design gave us a distinct advantage in developing a collection that offers quality and high-end design at an affordable price.

The Arcade collection comprises of 28 stylish yet practical furniture pieces and accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom. Made with a mix of Italian marble, antique brass, tropical Acacia wood and richly hued velvets, the collection was inspired by 20th century design, incorporating the streamlined glamour of Art Deco, the mod forms of Mid-Century and a sexy take on Seventies style. “I wanted to create a stylish collection with CDI that had more of a collected feel, plus an on-trend mix of materials, so it could be dropped into a space and instantly feel stylish and at home,” said Arren Williams. “I am thrilled to launch the collection exclusively with Hudson’s Bay.”
The Arren Williams x CDI Furniture capsule collection will be available exclusively at Hudson’s Bay beginning September 2019 and will retail from $199 – $3599. To celebrate the launch of the collection, Arren Williams will appear at Hudson’s Bay’s House Party event taking place at the Toronto Queen Street location on September 19, 2019.
