Hudson’s Bay Reopens at Cataraqui Mall in Kingston

TORONTO, ON — Hudson’s Bay is excited to welcome customers back to its Cataraqui Centre location in Kingston on Wednesday, February 10, as Ontario begins its three-phased approach to reopening across the province. The store will operate with reduced hours, from 10 am – 6 pm Monday through Saturday, and 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday, to allow for increased cleaning each day, ensuring the safest possible shopping environment for customers and associates. Hudson’s Bay locations in other areas of Ontario will reopen in accordance with the guidelines outlined by the provincial government in the coming weeks.

The store will reopen with enhanced health and safety protocols, including:

• Increased cleaning
• Capacity limits to allow for physical distancing
• Hand sanitizing stations
• Plexiglass barriers to keep customers and associates safe at the register
• Cashless payment — we ask that customer utilize debit or credit card
• Directional signage for easy navigation and distancing
• Buy online, pick up in-store and contactless curbside pick up options

For those not ready to return to the in-store shopping experience just yet, customers can shop Hudson’s Bay’s quality assortment on thebay.com or through the Hudson’s Bay App, and have items delivered directly to their homes. Hudson’s Bay also continues to offer curbside pickup for those who prefer a contactless shopping experience.
