With OFF 5TH Rewards customers can shop and earn points for every purchase
NEW YORK (May 25, 2022) -- Saks OFF 5TH, the premier luxury off-price destination, today launched OFF 5TH Rewards, a new loyalty program where customers can earn points on every purchase and receive other benefits such as free shipping and access to special member-only sales and events. OFF 5TH Rewards is tender-neutral and was designed to provide Saks OFF 5TH customers with unparalleled value and a superior customer experience.
Through extensive customer research, Saks OFF 5TH uncovered a significant opportunity to better serve its target customers through a tender-neutral loyalty program. OFF 5TH Rewards was specifically built with Saks OFF 5TH customers in mind, making it easy to earn and spend rewards to achieve status in the program.

With OFF 5TH Rewards, customers will earn points for every dollar they spend at saksoff5th.com, on the Saks OFF 5TH mobile app or at Saks OFF 5TH stores in the U.S., with points earned per dollar increasing with tier status. Once a customer accrues 500 points, they receive a five dollar reward, redeemable in-store or online.
OFF 5TH Rewards has three status tiers based on annual spending:
- Star ($0-299) - Members receive two points for every one dollar spent, a birthday reward and access to special bonus promotions.
- Icon ($300-1,499) - Members receive three points for every one dollar spent, a birthday reward, free standard shipping and access to special bonus promotions, members-only sales and events.
- OFFicial ($1,500+) - Members earn four points for every one dollar spent, a free birthday reward, free expedited shipping, access to special bonus promotions, members-only sales and events and a special gift.
The launch of OFF 5TH Rewards will be supported through a comprehensive in-store and online marketing campaign, including email, organic and paid social, display and site advertising.
